How it works

See your resume the way a contractor recruiter and an ATS will

Government contractors screen resumes against a labor category and a specific job posting. Before you apply, it helps to know how a recruiter and an applicant tracking system will read your resume against that posting. This tool does both in one pass. Paste the contractor job posting and your resume. The tool reads the posting for the required labor category and level, years of experience, education, certifications, and clearance, then checks each one against your resume. It returns a 0 to 100 match score, the top keywords and skills in the posting that your resume is missing, a requirements table showing what the posting asks and whether your resume shows it, and five suggested bullet rewrites that reuse only the facts already in your resume. Use the missing keywords to edit your resume before you apply. The score is guidance, not a guarantee; each contract defines its own labor category. Your text is processed only to show your results and is not stored unless you buy a pack. Never paste classified details, program names, or sites. When you are ready, get a tailored pack for that job.
